Region: Seven Tampa Bay Area counties: Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota

Board Members (16): Seven County Commission appointees & four gubernatorial appointees; largest city served by HART; largest city served by PSTA; largest cities in Manatee and Sarasota; West Central Florida Chair’s Coordinating Committee (CCC) appointee; Florida Department of Transportation (non- voting member).
