Governor Crist signed Senate Bill 360 into law on June 1, 2009. The bill directs changes to the transportation concurrency management system, and other growth management tools and techniques. TBARTA staff is monitoring implementation of the legislation, and potential effects on matters relating to transit-supportive policies and regulations. Information will be posted when it becomes available.
